They will have a trade representative their. Probably best to write and give a short summary of events and ask for their help. Dont forget time dates and pictures etc. and dont forget everything takes twice as long in South American countries. Let us know how you get along and try not to get to upset....good things come to those who wait (and who are determined to win in the end). or you could always write it off as a Big expensive mistake....sometimes that makes more sense.
