hello,
i recently bought some duck from a supermarket and me and my whole familly ate it and got very ill within hours. I then checked and the ducky was out of date by a week!!!!

I took it back and they offered me £10 voucher lol.

What should i request as £10 seems a trivial amount for our illness.

Hope you kept the wrapper.

If you report this to your local Trading Standards they are obligated to check your complaint and they take anything to do with food very seriously.
It may not get you any more money but it may make the company more careful in future.

My other suggestion is you phone the companies Head Office or write and
tell them what you have told us.
